The main concept of the project is inspired by the design of domes, Soltanieh Dome in particular in which a central rounded space is the heart of the project connecting the surroundings functions. The complex includes a hospital, research center, hotel and residential areas with the total area of 100000 square meter. The design of site plan includes walking paths and
also bicycle road with green areas.
